Oh man, a kitchen gadget we don't have yet. I bet we could make beer sorbet with this. I wonder whether celery root sorbet would be palate cleansing.

First Sunday in June - tomatoes

Not much sun yet this year, and not much warmth either. But the tomatoes are doing fine. I've seen the first blossoms just this morning (but then, I haven't looked in a while). Full disclosure: I'm just the photograher and eater of garden goodies. Patrick does all the work (well, sometimes I help a bit).
